Yeah it requires you to run 93 octane but im pretty sure you can use 91 octane cause some states dont have 93 octane.

I ran a '93 MP 5.9 PCM on my '94 5.9 with 91 octane and it pinged like a *****. So that's why I'm running the 5.2 with 60 psi.

U guys are killing me, I have my kegger done for awhile now but haven't had a chance to install it yet. So on a 5.2 that I am building to tow with, I'd be better off with the 5.9 mopar performance pcm? Thats sorta the last of piece of the puzzle of the motor I am building- though after going to a car show I have a weird desire to get a blower

If you have a 5.2 use a stock or MP 5.2 PCM. If you have a 5.9 use a stock or MP 5.9 PCM. BUT, if you have a 5.9 you CAN use a 5.2 stock PCM if you can raise your fuel pressure to compensate for the smaller displacement 5.2 PCM running the larger displacement 5.9 engine.
