I don't know how to post anything!!! someone help... i feel stupid

 

Fixed!!! I hope (crossing fingers). Here is everything I did and it seems to be ok again. Tomorrow will be the be test when I drive to work.
- Cleaned throttle body, tps, iac
- Changed PCV valve
- Fixed torn vacuum hose
- Changed ignition coil
