Pics from my first Off-road park trip
So, my buddy and I took our Dakotas out to Rausch Creek Off-road Park in Tremont, PA.
We were the only two Dodges, it was about 95% Wranglers and a few random vehicles. Some nasty rigs there, cool to see!

A few choice pics for the lazy:

I wanted to try out a few of the medium-difficulty trails, but my buddy's Dak wasn't up to the challenge. He only had P265 Mudders and a 3" body lift. He was bottoming out on the easy trails. Busted his hard tonneau cover from flexing and mucked up something in his front suspension - tons of clanking and bad loud noises. We're all dying to go back already after we keep modifying our trucks!

Thanks guys! Trips like this (and the northeast's winters) are the reason I built this thing.
I was very pleasantly surprised that I didn't break anything, I was hitting some holes a little harder than I should have. I was amazed at what it was capable of tackling, the old thing held it together like a champ.
If anyone is ever in good ol' Pennsylvania, shoot me a PM and we can do a day trip through Rausch. I know I've seen at least two other DF'ers from PA, PM me guys. The offroad world has too many wranglers, let's show 'em what the old Daks can do!

If you want to go up some time, it's a blast. They say stock trucks can do it, but I'd recommend at least P285s, bigger would be better. With 33s and a bit more experience, I feel like I could have handled some of the easy-medium trails.
Google Rausch Creek Off-Road Park and get directions. It's about 1.5hrs from Lancaster, probably a good bit farther from you out in Tannersville.
Also, I think you need to be 18 to enter. They didn't card us or anything, but my buddy is in his 40s and I'm 27 so if you're with us you shouldn't have any issues.
Just let me know when works for you, we're dying to go back already. I'd like to go with someone who has a more serious truck than me so I'm not restricted to just the easy trails. My buddy just bought the only suspension lift kit out there for his '06 (6" lift, $3800, dude is throwin money at his truck lol). So his wheels will probably be down for a bit, but then he'll have a serious truck.

I'll let you know soon. Have to finish up one or two things....
