Error Code 32?

Error Code 32?
I just got a check engine light today. At first, it came on when I first got home and I went back out later to check the code and it was off. When I almost got home the second time, it turned on. I checked the code and I got:
12 32 55
32** EGR Solenoid circuit short or open condition detected
What do I do to fix this? I'm pretty sure I replaced the EGR valve when I replaced everything else a few months back.
Could it be the oil? I really an oil change, plus it has seafoam in it still.
