Radio Question

That is actually a good bit of my reason for wanting to stay with a stock look, my job isnt in the nicest part of town >.>

Thats what I was thinkin with wich years would work and thats the unit I was gunnin for, one that had the options for 6.1 speakers with the cd player and 3 adjusts. Right now all I got is the tape deck and am/fm.

Speakin of speaker placement, in the door there is a front vent for the 6x6 speakers, and then another vent towards the back that doesnt really do anything, not sure if I could mount a small speaker in that? Anyone think thats possible? Or would the window and such interfere?

best thing to do is to set one in there and roll the window down. i ran 6x9's in the doors of my truck(in place of the factory speakers) and on my 93 it interfered with the window on the passenger side but not at all on my 91. its more based on the actual placement of the speaker.

and for anyone wondering the factory infinity amp in the durangos(not sure about all of them but from what i've seen) is on the passenger side behind the kick panel
