Default Automatic tranny linkage retainer....gone.

Yeah, I put a hose clamp on there for the time being. It's the retainer that holds the linkage in the frame bracket. The rod has a groove in the circumference but, I'm not sure what to ask for.

I looked it up at Rockauto and only saw some rubber bushings. Of course I don't know what the original looks like because it evidently fell off.

The hose clamp seems to fit the bill right now....and it's good n' tight

Any tips on where to get the proper retainer?

Is it one of these? I know it's not the bottom one, that one's intact.

If your talking about those plastic retainers there are 2 of them 1 on the transmission 1 on the frame. They are the same I believe. Your best bet is dealer.

Thanks Crazy, I'll stop by the dealer and check 'em out.
