I am still searching for a headliner board for my '94 Dakota Sport. A friend got a VIN off a Dakota in the junk yard, and I want to know if he wrote it down correctly.

If so, to what year Dakota does that correspond?

I guess this forum has a VIN decoder, the VIN you provided now has a link, if you click on it it states its a 89.

I will move this to the 1st generation Dakota sub-forum.
