Exclamation flow master super 40 and high flow cat?

OK so I'm getting the new Exhaust and I already have everything priced out but I wanna know more information such as HP increase a rough estimate and torque? Any info can help, I have a 93 Dakota with the v6 (I know I could just do the swap but I don't want to yet)

I put a Super 44 Delta Flow and high-flow cat on my '92 V6, it feels faster but in all honesty I wouldn't expect a great increase in power or torque from just that. You have a '93 so you have the best stock setup with the larger pipes and manifolds from the factory.

I do not think a high flow cat will help a V6 except at most at the very high RPM full throttle up a long hill scenario Save your money till you need a new cat v8 throttle body would help more

Well turns out I needed a new cat and Exhaust so I went and got the flowmaster original 40 series on it and it sounds nice and its got a magnaflow high flow cat and it feels a little better but you mostly fill it at the higher rpms and going up hills but I have to go up a Huge hill every day soon it works I will be posting pics soon!
