Default power window and lock issue

My 93 dakota 4x4 le is fully loaded, but a while back the power locks and windows decided to stop working all together, I have not been able to diagnose the issue. neither the driver or passenger switches work at all. checked all fuses and such and they where all good, I have no idea what could be causing them to not work. any suggestions would be great! I have already searched for the problems on here, dakota forumz and google.

One or both switches could be bad they rely on each other for power. Or you have a wiring problem. We have the service manual with the wiring diagrams in the FAQ. That will be your best start.

mine dakota had the same problem so the first thing I thought of was the fusess and that wasnt it and than I figured it had to be the switches as they can go bad as that was the case for my 1993 Chrysler Imperial I drive daily. So any ways if it wasnt none of that it had to be wireing and found out that there is wireing that connects from the drivers door to the back side of the fuse box under the dash and it connects in 2 places behind the fuse block. I replaced it from a dakota at he salvage yard and now all is good again everything works the way it should
