Hey guys I'm pretty new to the forum and workin on my truck in general but my dilemma is that I want to lift my Dakota and the only kit I can find is a 2in body lift, which is fine but let's be honest 2 in isn't very mean looking. I want to get between 4-6 inches total maybe 8. I'm not really worried how I accomplish it wether it be 2 inches body lift another 2 with add-a-leafs etc.but I have no idea where to start,Any help would be appreciated and also I should add that I'm trying to make this as cost effective as I can, being 16 I don't have oodles of money laying around lol. Thanks to all who help!

Here is a copy and paste that I wrote from another lifting post. (Your the 4th or 5th one this week). Always try to do a search and the FAQ2 has tons more lifting ideas, it is just a few posts above this one.
Nope no lift kits but you can piece one together your self.
Get a 2in body lift.

4-5in lift for under $250 now that is better than any lift kit. All of these are in the FAQ2 which has more lifting ideas.
