Default 93 V8 4WD Automatic Low Idle

I've just replaced the clogged oil pump in this thing. Prior to that I replaced the IACV, TPS, EGR, Fuel Filter, Air Filter, Fuel Pump, Spark Plugs, & Wires and cleaned out the injectors. For some reason I am still getting a very low idle like between 200-400 rpms at idle in park and in gear. It's not stalling or anything, but it seems like I should be idling closer to 700 or so correct? I've got no CEL and no codes displayed from the key dance. Any ideas?

What are you going off of? The RPM gauge IN the truck? If so, don't go by that thing... Mine apparently ides at 100RPM, according to the gauge. This is because of a bad ground to the gauge cluster..
