Default options for a 2wd lift

So I own a 1993 dodge dakota 3.9l 2wd 4 speed auto. I will be getting some money soon to put into my truck, about 2k. At the moment I need a fuel pump for it so I will buy one and end up with about $1900. It is at stock height right now and the tires are about done on the front. So i figured I could get new ones all around with some of that money but I do want to go bigger. Was thinking 31's at the least. But obviously I will need to raise it a bit. So how high would I need to lift it and can someone lead me towards a good sight for 2wd lifts. Don't really want to go the route of blocks. Was thinking of going to a junk yard and getting bigger leafs out of a ram. Any idea on how much they would lift the rear?
