Default 95 Dakota won't crank

I have a 95 Dakota 4X4 5.2 SLT.
Parked it one evening after work and would not crank next morning.
Checked battery - Good
Turned Headlights on and tried to crank, No noticeable dimming of lights.
Jumped starter terminals and starter works.
Checked wiring harness for corroded splice and couldn't find any bad splice.
Relays seem to be getting power.

Not sure what to check next.

I was having similar symptoms, my 92 5.2 would only crank over when it was warm outside or if the truck was warmed up. So in the mornings it would take several attemtps before it turned over. Eventually it stopped cranking all together. Thought it was the battery, at first but I was the starter.

When I pulled the starter I jumped it and it worked fine everytime, but when reinstalled it just wouldn't draw enough power to crank the motor over. I took it too Oreilly's where then can hook it up to a special machine which I found didn't do jack s***. Ran it in the machine several times which said it was OK. The starter did sound really bad though, so I swapped it out and now it works fine.

Also check to make sure your getting power to the solenoid to activate the starter. The ignition switch powers the relay which powers the solenoid wire.
