How to: Dakota Gen 1 4x4 Lower Control Arm Bushings

Good morning,
I am attempting this bushing replacement, however I misplaced my original sleeve for the lower control arms and don't know how long to modify the energy suspension sleeves, should I go by the mounts on the frame itself as a reference of length, or the bore depth of the control arm?
