There are plenty of things you could do to your v6 to get more power out of it. Just look at what I have listed for my truck. Some of the better mods were the MSD, headers, and 1.7 roller rockers. It depends how deep you want to get into that v6 and if it is worth it. I spent a lot of money on my v6 but over a long period of time when I was in high school and a few years after I graduated.

Of course I was craving more power shortly after all the mods and opted to build a 390 stroker (in progress) instead of a turbo or supercharger. Whatever direction you go with it have fun and keep us posted.
