Anyone else ever done this? I installed two fog lights under my hood in case I ever need to work on it at night

Works pretty good to, lights up the whole area lol

 

I guess my bumper had been replaced before I bought the truck so the fog lights are just sitting in the engine bay. (just the bulbs not the housings)
I might just replace the bulbs and have the same thing as you!
One of the wires connecting the under hood light came out of the connector and I need to get a new one so this should do for now

 

My dad did this years ago (like the 80's) on his 60 Plymouth and his 76 Trans am. These cars had no under hood lights, so 2 fog lights really help illuminate under there.
