Tried saving some money with an aftermarket fuel pump,as the pump works well the sending unit does not.I was wondering if there was a way I could rewire it so my guage works again?

 

Possibly yes, it depends on what and how the float sending unit works on the new unit.

 

Sorry but what do you mean by the way the sending unit works? It seems to be setup the same as the stock but maybe different wireing.Im in no way and will be the first to admit no wire guy.Im horrible at it,lol.If some one knows step by step or close to what I do I can figure it out..Ty

 

do you have an ohm meter? most work off of resistence. do you still have the old one?
