I need to fix my emergency brake and need some help. When I push the petal to the ground, it does not hold the truck in place. So went under the truck and adjusted the nut that tightened the cable. I tried it again but still didn't hold. Any ideas on what to do next? I'd like to get this fixed ASAP. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

 

The drums likely need to be adjusted, the self adjusters usually don't work.
