Hi my name is keith, I own a 1993 dodge dakota with a 3.9l v6 about 75k miles. The 6th cylinder acourding to the haynes manual has been leaking gas from what I suspected was the upper o-ring from the injector because I've replaced all 6 upper o-rings. It seems like it turned out to be the fuel rail wasn't tighented down all the way so when i tightened it down it didn't leak. Now that I've done this the check engine light came on I messed with the wires going to the injector and it isn't on anymore but
I'm coming up with a 21 and 27 on the flash codes. Replaced 02 sensor about 4 months ago. No idea about the flash codes any insight will help. Thanks.

 

Did you reset the PCM after you fix the injectors?
