Default Fairbanks Shift Kit?

Anybody know much about the Fairbanks "TransAction" shift kit? http://www.makcotransmissionparts.com/STP-10518.html

It's got what looks to be an improved band apply strut, plus an extra one of those things that looks like it came out of a paintball gun. But it's notably missing the two big springs pictured in the Transgo kit. http://www.summitracing.com/parts/tr...2/media/images

Opinions would be great, thanks!

Ivan

P.S. I'm also still wading through info trying to figure out what kind of clutches I should get for my rebuild. But I might need to start a new thread on that later on.

I have not heard or read any reviews on the Fairbanks kit, mainly the only ones I hear about are the TransGo, B&M, and Sonnax. B&M being the only one that I have heard any bad things about.

As far as clutches, Alto Red Eagle or Borg Warner High Energy. Do some reasearch on clutches and form your opinion on what best suits your needs.
