Talking Front locker installed, now all 4 locked. True 4wd!

For Christmas my wife bought me a front locker for my truck. It is an Aussie locker made in USA. I installed it on Saturday, it didn't take much time. I already have a rear locker, Powertrax No-Slip for the Chrysler 8.25

Keep in mind I did a SAS with a Dana 44, 30 spline axle. I didn't take any pictures of the install but here are a few shots of the test offroad test today.

Man let me tell you having all 4 locked is sick, traction at all times. It is worth it.

Rear wheel is in the air.

I got myself into a crazy angle and had to have my friend in his TJ to run his winch line just in case I flip. It all worked out.

As a side note we bought our child a RC Rock Crawler. Rockslide RS10 XT 1/10 Scale Crawler There is no stopping this thing.

Hahaha... my wife got me a Spartan Locker for the front of my truck, too, and I installed it on Christmas Day. I got to take it out for "testing" yesterday and my results were similar to yours. I only have a limited-slip in the rear, but I was still able to climb anything I pointed it at.

The spool was in the front? How was it on turns?
Sure that would be cool, go ahead and post some pics.

I know you posted a few pics of your truck, but I don't believe you have you done a complete write up on you truck. It would be good to do one along with technical pictures of all the brackets ect.

I have a Dana 44 SAS. Obviously, I still had the IFS when my sig pic was taken. I'm thinking it's time for some new pictures, lol.

Thanks! For the time being, it has 33" tires, since that's what was on it before the SAS, they're still in good shape, and I don't have an unlimited budget. When they wear out, I'll probably replace them with 35s. I might possibly go with 36s, but I don't want to have to change the gears. I think 35s will be ok with the current 4.10s, since it has plenty of power now with the 33s. It's a 318 with a 5-speed. It's also my daily driver, so it needs to stay reasonable.

Yours looks good. Obviously, it's a little more "hard core" than mine. What size tires are those? What gears/engine? I wish I had a shop to work on my truck. I actually work in a really nice shop, but nobody is allowed to work on their own vehicles. So I have to do all my work on the ground in my garage.
