Exclamation Dodge Dakota 1996 dies when coming to a stop

Ok first off I have browesed and browesed every forum I can think of but cannot for the life of me figure out how to fix my truck.
It is a 1996 Dakota 4x4 manual 3.9l v6

I will start her up and will start with no issues but after driving for about 30 min and she is well warmed up everytime I come to a stop it will idle rough and die, have to restart and then drive to the next stoplight or sign or what have you and rinse and repeat till I get er home.

I have done everything I can think of besides sell it lol
Cleaned throttle body
Cleaned IAC
Replaced PCM
Replace air filter
New fuel pump
Full tune up
Replace battery connectors

But after all that still no dice, battery is fine and everything seems fine no check engine light nothin, before I replaced the PCM it was doing the same exact thing (reason I replaced it) and everytime it died it would erase all codes just like if I resetted it, I am in a stump and as this being my only vehicle I really need it fixed. I'm hoping someone can help me please and thank you.

Look for a loose ground somewhere or some other loose connection. I've never had problems with it, but there is a splice pack in the wiring harness that others have had problems with. Check that as well.

Ya I planned on taking it to big o's today and having them check for a wiring problem, that's all I could think of next but don't have the means to do so.
