Default transmission temp gauge questions....

Hi, i ordered this the other day,
http://www.ebay.com/itm/52mm-Tinted-...item519e584e5d
and it should be arriving soon....

I was wondering if there was a test port on the transmission that i could use for my sender....

Personally want to avoid the output lines, as in a test port or the pan will give more accurate readings.

I also would like to avoid the pan if i can.

Just looking for insight.... btw its a 1991 5.2 automatic 4x4...

Theres a link to one in the FAQ2 section, easiest way is to just get a temp sender for an LA dakota, 91-down i think, the one that an eyelet can go over and just have a nut over it.
