I have 89 dakota 3.9 not getting any air from dash vents....I switched out small check valve and still nothing only air from top and floor vents....and the handle marked VENT on left of steering wheel does it have to be pulled out or pushed in? Any help on this would be great...thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!

probbly a vacuum line off somewhere
