hey guys, ive been posting on my trannie not working and giving me issues, i checked earlier to see what codes the dash was throwing up and it was the normal 12 and 55, but i know my trannies going out, would that throw up any error codes or just normal numbers?

 

On a 94 with an RH trans, probably would not throw any codes. Unless it was the VSS or something like that.

 

yea thats what i figured, well i appreciate it, i mean i know the trannies out i was just hoping i could get a better guess of what exactly it was, but while im on here how do i go about finding what transmission i have?

 

what engine is in your truck? I'm assuming it is for the 1994?

3.9 = 42RH
5.2 = 46RH

 

It is the 5.2, but yea i was thinking it was the 46RH but i wasnt sure, thank you.
