Default Brake Line Fitting Help

Curious if anyone happens to know the size of a couple brake line fittings. I need to replace the line from the combination valve to where the line changes to rubber before the rear axle. So I need to know what fitting is at the combination valve and what fitting is at the rear hard line to rubber line transition before the rear axle. I know to use 3/16 line. Thanks for any help!!

I have replaced lotsa brake lines on Dakotas yes I can verify.
IF there is an issue drill the rusted chunk of tube outta the old fittings and reuse on the new line. done that more than once on various vehicles

If you know exactly what you need these guys should have it.

I bought some fittings from them when I changed my master cylinder.
