Default random stalling 95 dakota

I have a 95 dakota 3.9 4x4 6 months ago it would stall every 3-4 days and always start back up now it will run for 10 min. then stall and wont start again for week. Anyone have any ideas. It has no fuel pressure or spark when it dies. It will always crank but wont start.
Here is the list of new parts.

cap
rotor
plugs
wires
pick up
coil
fuel pump
ecm
oxygen sensor
removed convertor
tps sensor
crankshaft sensor
asd relay
fuel pump relay
iac
ignition switch
battery

( I have also checked and repaired the known splice problem under the engine compartment fuse block)

Sure sounds like the notorious splice. Are you sure you fix it? Next would be to test for correct power and ground inputs at the PCM. The FAQ has the service manual with the wiring diagrams.

I did double check the splice. Also checked when the vehicle wouldn't run key on and had 12.4 volts. The power outlets I should test on the ecm are terminal 3,12v, 6,5v, and 7,8v ? The grounds I should check are terminal 11 and 12 ?

Odds are its not the splice issue which is basically when the wires rust apart or just pull apart. I had the same problem with my truck basically what we did was replaced the Computer and the cam position sensor and never had a problem again. I was a little spendy because I went out and bought a brand new computer but in the end I felt it saved money.
