Switching cam shaft to fix fuel pump?

oh I am one billion percent sure the line aint at fault. Replace eccentric, make sure timing chain is good, make sure mech fuel pump is new/working, make sure sprocket is not warped, basically theres nothing left that could go wrong if I fix/replace all those things is what I am wondering?

There isn't anything left in that fuel system besides the carb, filter, and the pick-up assembly in the tank. And it is a good idea to replace the timing set while you're in there if you have the means.

Also it is very important that you keep track of where each bolt goes on the engine. You can use cardboard to make templates and push the bolts through the template in their corresponding position that way you don't get them mixed up.
