hi guys has anyone ever put a blower style scoop on a dakota i cant decide between that or a 3 inch cowl hood i like them both but cant decide.

 

I almost had a Harwood Aero III scoop on my dak. I don't have any pictures from when i mocked it up, but it looked pretty damn good. If you're lowered i would vote for the scoop, but it would look just plain silly on a lifted truck. If you do any off roading at all, get the cowl hood. A functional hood scoop would clog your air filter and possibly damage the motor in no time.
