Custom Body Mount Bushings?

Falling back on talking about my front springs I came across another GenI in mint condition today that is pretty much level within less than an inch however he does have a bed cap making it squat, but look at the front levels...
Looking closer he obviously has larger wheels than me, I have 14" rims he deff has 15s or possibly even 16s? (if that is a stock wheel and they did not come with 16s then it's a 15) even with larger wheels he still has a significant amount of clearance compared to me so I think my springs are weak:

I would assume it would work fine I have tons of travel space in the control arms, but the V8 springs would have to be purchased used as for they are no longer sold new. Why would an LA-V8 have a different coil spring than a Magnum-V8?? If Moparnut's 15" wheels I bought fit in the front with the tires I want then I will simply lower the rear leveled since I am planning on removing a leaf for a softer ride anyway.

He is retired, he don't care an old man will drive anything he don't know what he is keeping from me lol he mentioned he does have the automatic so it must be the same 3-speed as me but his does not idle forward and up hills he said. Also mentioned he has to very slowly turn the key back or the engine will not shut off so that must be why my ignition is so screwy someone has already replaced mine (door key does not match) I gave him a heads up though concerning the pickup coil failing on him when he gets to that point...as some very early GenI's do.

Are the 4x4s of that generation 6-lug? Because that truck appears to be a 5-lug (though it might just be the wheel covers).
