Compatibility

I am wondering if the transmission in a 95 Ram 1500 is able to replace the transmission in our 95 Dakota (Automatic Transmission; 4x2, 6 Cyl, 239 cid (3.9L) 164K, 4x2, 6-239 (3.9L))

If the Ram's a V6 slushbox it would be a direct swap (42rh to 42rh).

the rams ran the same motor. when i did my 5spd swap on my 93 i got the trans from a ram(forgot the year).
