Default 1996 dakota 3.9l died on me and now wont start

Hey guys, i got a 96 dakota sport that i took to a carwash the other day, as i was leaving the truck died on me. It turns over but wont fire, my fuel pump and asd relay both freak out now(they vibrate and wont stop) every time i turn on the key, and my fuel pjmp wont stop running either. I checked the splices underneath the relay box and they seem fine still have juice going to both sides of the splices. Im stumped on this any help will greatly be appreciated this truck is my baby.

i replaced the crankshaft position sensor and it started up and idle fine, i took it for a drive and got about half a mile and hit about 35mph and the truck died almost instantly no sputtering or hesitation it just cut right out and now it wont start again and the relays are clicking like mad again.

nope. your truck wouldn't have started in the first place.
it is evident that some water got in some bad places. If you aren't firing, sounds like your coil could be out to lunch. But definately electrical.
