Default 135-140psi compression but bad MPG

I've done the plugs, wires, rotor cap, taken out cat, new muffler, new u-joints, new support bearing, new intake manifold gasket, phlem gasket, themastat, coolant sensor, o2 sensor, air filter, and STILL haven't done better than 14-15mpg.

Compression test was 135-140 ALL CYLINDERS.

My only guess left is EGR valve or system?

I just want better MPG.

I'm sorry to say, that mileage is pretty normal. Maybe 1-2MPG low, but that's it.
