center console
The bucket seats with the center console is not rare. My guess around 25%, so they are out their you just have to look. If the lid is broken why not just build your own. When I did my bucket seat swap the lid was gone, I used a ply board for the top and got some foam and stapled some material to the board then screwed it down to the hinges. It came out much better then the stock lid.

I find posting a want to buy for odd parts like that hit or miss. It isn't that the part is really odd, but it isn't really something someone will be getting rid of in good condition unless they are parting out their truck, and then it would probably go with the entire console for someone wanting to do a bucket seat swap.
You're better off finding odd parts like this in a wrecker, you're going to have to do a little searching yourself, I doubt one will just fall on your lap.
Or like Crazy said, build one, or depending how it is broken fix/glue yours back together. You need to get creative in these trucks. I had to glue together a shattered clockspring because you can't find them new anymore. The internals were good (my existing one wasn't), just the casing was cracked.
