Default Spark plugs

What would be a good brand of spark plugs for a 1994 Dodge Dakota V-8 4x4 SLT? How often should you change them? I think I changed mine 3 or 4 years ago. I have 160,000 miles on the truck. I usually been using Champions. What about hotter or colder plugs?

The Magnum engines like colder plugs. Autolite 3923's are great. Ask for them by part number as it is not listed for our trucks since it is 1 step colder than stock.

What's the cheapest of autolite 3923? I see there are different versions. The platinums are the expensive ones. I don't want to spend $50.00 for a set of eight,on an old truck. Just my work truck.

Copper!!!! Cheap cheap cheap!

Platinum is NOT a performance plug. Platinum is a longevity plug.

I also heeded your advice. Just changed them to 3923. What am I supposed to notice differently,or will the motor? What's supposed to be better about these?
