93 Dak, 5.2, 4x4, just a mud truck. What can we do to keep the cooler line hose on the rad fitting. It just seems to keep popping off. Any ideas would be welcome. Thanks

mod the rad to use a steel line all the way. but the steel tubing will need to do two or 3 coils from the trany to the rad as a flex joint. AND use only steel tubing, do NOT EVER use copper. the factory uses steel tubing for a reason. a few zip ties at the right places should help.

If you have a flaring tool, you can flare it a little bit.
