Seems my wipers only want to work when they want to. They will work whenever I don't need them, which seems to be only when its warm out. fuse is still fine and the switch seems to still work, least the signals and beams work fine on it. Anyone got any ideas?

 

It sounds like a failing relay to me. Try swapping it out with one you know that works and see if that fixes the problem. Also make sure that the fuse does not have moisture or corrosion in it. Other than that your best bet IMO is to replace the wiper/signal switch, which is pretty easy. Cheers, Spinner
