Default 1992 dakota water pump leaks

Water is leaking from water pump but doesn't seem to be coming from gasket or any hoses. may be leaking from somewherer behind pully.
Fan does NOT seem to have any play in it.

Also need to know how to remove fan from old pump and install on a new pump.

You have to take that off while the water pump is still bolted to the motor. Use something large, but flat to wedge between two of the bolts on the water pump pulley, and with a big wrench, remove the big bolt you mentioned. It is reversed threaded tho, so "righty loosey, lefty tighty" if that makes sense. LOL

got a HUGE pair of channellocks and a helper? with the right wrench and someone to hold the channellocks (grip the outside of the pulley) you may be able to get that fan off.
if the water pump is gonna leak its always out that weephole.
timing chain cover gaskets are also common places to leak, I have that on my 93 right now
