Default flywheel question

I have a 87 4wd 3.9 V6. 5sp. Will the flywheel bolt to a 5.2 magnum and be correctly balanced? I think they are both internal so it would be a neutral balance, I think. I will be using a stand HEI dist. and a carb intake, so I will not need a crank sensor.
I plan on keeping the motor stock and I will keep stock wheels and tires on the truck.
I know the stock transmission is not a ideal way to do this, but at this point I am just considering my options.
Thanks for your advise

Shadowthedakota, Thanks for your answer. I am going to check with a machine shop but I think if they are both neutral balanced, the size would be ok if it bolts on.
