Hey man. Loved your post on adding the electric fans on the 87 dakota. I V8 swapped my Dakota back in 1997 and managed with a tiny flex fan and a cheapo pusher up front. It was ok if I was moving, about it. Anyway, I wrecked the truck in 2008. Started fixing it up for my son now and want to add AC. It's turned into a total frame off snowball project but it'll be nice and one of a few of these still out there. Would love to pick your brain on the ac relay and pressure switch wiring.
I believe you posted a copy from a service manual (?), for a "Printed Circuit Board Connectors With Tachometer" back around November 2015. Would you have this again or can you tell me where you found this? It is the red and gray dash circuit board connectors for my 1994 3.9 Dakota. I have mated my 1994 Dakota to a 1956 International and would like to use the factory Dakota wiring to the 56's gauges if it is possible.
Any help would be great, Thank you,
Looking to do a V8 swap for my 87 4x4 Dakota. There’s lots of threads already out there I know, but I’m looking for a clear answer as to what will fit in the truck. What engine, year and sizes of engine I can use and also what I will have to change on the truck to make the new V8 work, thanks
