Default Code 34

Hi Guys

My dad gave me his 94 Dakota Sport. I checked the codes and got a 34 can anyone tell me what it is and what to fix? I know sometimes when I stop at a stop sign it stalls out. I start it back up with no problem. I did some research and it said the stalling out can be caused by a bad Coolant Temp Sensor it this correct?

Thank You
