Default Ruff at low rpms

I have a 96 3.9 Dakota that runs ruff at low rpms. (Stuffers and spudders) I am wondering if anyone has a clue why? It has a fresh tune up (plugs wires cap) idk what else I just bought the truck 2 weeks ago. It has a studder/ spudders until the 1200/ 1300 rpm range. Any In site would be appriciated thanks in advanced. P.s I know it needs 02 sensors would that cause it?

Check the timing? Possible loose or poorly connected plug wire. Dirty injectors, vacuum leak? For air leaks a cheap test is to spray carb or TB cleaner over the vacuum partswhile it is running. If the idle changes when you do it there is a leak in that area. It is not specific but it is easy )

I had it running last night for about 20 minutes or longer and it only acts up when it's been running for a period of time. I checked my codes and the only codes that came up where for bad o2 sensors. Could they be the problem? Something about faulty and high voltage in the o2s. I know I need both my upstream and downstream replaced. There is only one of each.
