Default Motor swap, no clutch!!??

I just put a new motor in my 1995 dodge Dakota 4wd 5sp and now I have no clutch at all!! The pedal stays to the floor and won't stay up! Any ideas what it could be!?

That's a hydraulic clutch, isn't it? Sounds like either the clutch master or slave cylinder sprung a leak or got air in the line. Try bleeding it before you start replacing stuff.
