Default Picture request: 4x4 front suspension bumpstop

Hi, I'm looking for a picture to get an idea of the clearance between the lower control arm and the bumpstop at normal ride height. I'm trying to decide what to do for new bumpstops on my rebuild. I have suspension pictures of my truck on the old frame, but the bumpstops were completely gone because the mounts rusted to oblivion. So those pictures aren't any use.

I'd appreciate any help. Thanks.

edit: Here's the only picture of mine that is even remotely useful, and as you can see, there is no bumpstop there.

Here's a shot I took, of the front suspension of a random, later model, gen 1, that was sitting in a parking lot.

FWIW:
My 1990 was like the truck above. No rubber left on the upper bump stop. Only a metal "pad" remained.
My lower ones were still there, but in bad shape. In the photo, only the lower's metal portion is still there.

I plan to make new lower ones from some sheet metal and urethane in a mould.
I have new aftermarket upper bump stops and will be installing them once I get the drivetrain back in my truck, and the torsion bars adjusted. No idea if they are too long yet. With luck that will be in the next 3 weeks.

Thanks man! (also, did the owner of that truck know his axle is not where it's supposed to be? )

I've actually already ordered and installed one bumpstop. I used universal foam bumpstops that a lot of Chevy guys recommended for LCA bumpstops in torsion bar suspension. I think they'll work well, but I'm not too concerned considering that the truck handled *OK* without any bumpstops at all. I've got one side of the suspension installed and I will be posting pictures and stuff in my build thread soon.

hehe.. yeah.

I assume the owner does know.
They must. It would make a heck of a noise being like that.
I just stuck the phone under the truck and took a shot, didn't even realize until I posted it.

looking forward to the build update.
