Keyless Entry - Greenhorn

Keyless Entry - Greenhorn
I recently tried to install this, but after 3 hours of blowing fuses and slicing wires, I ran out of fuses, so I had to stop.
What I tried:
I took off the door panel and got my hands on the box (5 wires coming out) that holds the lock.
I immediately saw that it had 2 black wires, a red wire, the unlock wire and the lock wire. I tried many different combinations of wire spices and almost every time the key-less entry just clicked ( 1 for lock, 1 for unlock, nonstop for the alarm, etc), or it clicked and blew the fuse. So i figured it had to do with the key-less entry car horn line, it only blew when I grounded it.
So after being beaten by a 15$ KES I went to the forums. I read that people often need 2 relays? Very confused to read how that works.
Can anybody explain what has been said about the 2 relays needed and how to install this so I don't have to throw it away.
