Angry idle flucuates

1993 Dodge Dakota 5.2L idle fluctuates up and down on its own, help me.

Have you checked/replaced anything yet? Start with the IAC.

As JKeaton says, IAC first, then general maintenance (plugs? wires? distributor cap and rotor?), then also check ALL vacuum lines. ALL of them.

1993 Dodge Dakota Truck, Le, 5.2L Magnum, Idle Speed Fluctuates, ruffidle, smoke out of the tail pipe, I have changed: EGR, O2, IAC, TPS, PCV, NewBattery, Re-built the engine, changed ( rings, rod bushings, oil pump, machinedboth heads, Plenum gasket, intake gaskets, cleaned throttle body, changed plugsand wires. I don’t know what to do now..
