If that's the plenum through the throttle body, yep, plenum gasket's blown.

I did this http://www.hughesengines.com/Index/p...=&partid=26194 I got new bolts for the intake manifold as well. I also changed the timing chain and added the tensioner per the TSB. I tanked the intake and TB and replaced all of the sensors in both. Thee is also a short rad hose buried under all the stuff you have to remove to get at it and its suggested you replace that while its accessible as well. It made a huge diff on MPGs for me. If I would do anything different I would have changed the lifters and maybe even had the heads adjusted.
