Default 93 dakota transfer case blew up

I have a 1993 dodge dakota with a 3.9l 5speed trans with 4x4 and i had it parked for a little bit because I was driving my other truck but when i started driving it again i put some Lucas trans fix in it and i was driving it for a week and when i was going to work the case blew at 70-75mph 3000 rpm and I put a new transfer case on and it blew up again but the tranny did not to seem to have any damage any ideas why it would have blown up two transfer cases. thanks

Driving on the highway in 4WD will do it every time.

Not saying you DID, now ...

Are you running in 4x4 on dry pavement? Do you have different size tires?

No it was in 2 wheel and I made sure it was in 2 wheel when I put the second case in and the tires are stock 215/75r15
