My '93 5.2 Dakota has eaten 3 computers. After rewiring the 3 into 1 red/white wire splice, ( which didn't look corroded at all) it ran for 5 minutes very strong . Due to the late hour, I chose not to do a test drive at night. I started it up in the morning and it died before it could even warm up. It wouldn't start after that. Any suggestions? I'm rueing the day I sold my '77 chevy 4x4 stepside and bought this truck. 170,000 original miles and runs strong, when it runs. Thus, the name Regret. Computer is freshly reconditioned.
