I have a 94 dakota 4x4, SLT with the 5.2. Driving down the road the other dat the headlights went out and wont come back on, the bulbs are new, the headlight switch is new, and the multifunction switch is new. I also checked for available voltage at each light and it checks out at well. I am completely lost now, does anyone have any ideas? thanks.

 

If you have voltage at both bulbs that just leaves ground at the harness. I would start with that and see where it takes you. If the harness has 12vdc and ground I'd say try different bulbs.
